Thursday, July 1, 2010. On another note the Tour de France starts saturday! I'm pumped, this is gonna be an awesome tour. So many big names are gonna be battling it out, and everyone is on such great form. My ex-teammate/ex-bobcat Brent Bookwalters is racing for Team BMC, he is gonna have a BIG job working for Cadel Evans. It was awesome watching Brent race the Giro, but the Tour is the mother of all races. Good luck! Also my good friend and ex-teammate/ex-bobcat Andrew Talansky. Is going to the big show!

Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Yoga and a Great Ride. So this morning Rebecca, my sister and myself went to a yoga class. Not just any yoga though, this was Bikram yoga. What's that you ask? After that we came back and had a nice lunch, I was starving after yoga. Me my mom and Rebecca went to get a few things while my dad and Robin and the girls went to the pool. Monday, June 21, 2010. Ok so sorry to my 10's of readers, I have been pretty busy with both my internships and other things. So here is an update. I started my 2nd internship last week, I am working with 1600 AM WHTY in West Palm Beach, FL. The frequency used to be owned by Radio Disney but they went off the air. Monday, October 26, 2009. Great riding and a pumpkin. So on Thursday it was mine and Rebecca's 2 year anniversary. We had a great day, well she had to work during the day, but our evening events where great. Monday, June 7, 2010. So Sunday I woke up at about 5 am to go meet my friend Chris. He told me about a group ride that was out in Weston, he said it can get pretty fast. I wanted to do some fast paced group rides to work on pack riding and such. So I got in the car and set off. It was 85 degrees at 6 am. It is so cool to have an LMC alumni in the biggest race in the world. He is the first but I am sure he will not be the last.
