And since time is short, here's a quick and delicious Food and Wine. Recipe to use up those fantastic late summer peaches from the farmer's market! 2 large peaches—peeled, pitted and cut into 1/3-inch dice. 1 medium jalapeño chile, seeded and minced. 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour. 1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs.
