The GEAR Shed: Slackin'
http://thegearshed.blogspot.com/2012/04/slackin.html
Thursday, April 19, 2012. Slackin' on the Riding lately with the wet and sub freezing temps in the mornings, killing my 30 Days of Biking goal. I guess that makes me a fair-weather rider? A different type of "Slackin'". Eleni getting the hang of the new Slackline! I did sneak a short sunrise spin in this morning on the Cross Check. Hoping not to get rained out for my Thursday 1hr free time during Dance Practice, with hopes to see and roll some different roads. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Schmitz Family Adventures: Mountain Man?
http://schmitzadventures.blogspot.com/2010/10/mountain-man.html
Tuesday, October 5, 2010. Ran a front page article graced with my presence in the paper over the weekend. They stumbled across me in action working on the new Mountain Bike Singletrack out at Mountain View Rec Area east of town and labeled the photo "Mountain Man". Let's just say I've been getting hassled by others over the deal. All good! Photo by Brian Basham-DL Online. I'm about a 1/2 mile into it so far, with plans to complete around a mile ride-able loop this fall. Tuesday, October 05, 2010.

Clow Clan Blog: March 2013
http://clowclan.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Keeping up with Tom, Tracy, Ivan, Anders and Maddie the dog! Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Our kitchen, original to our 1987-built house, was really starting to show its age with lots of wear and tear, and out of style design. We took a few "as is" photos before embarking on a complete remodel of the kitchen. On February 25 Anders and I started by pulling up the old carpet, pad and tack strip. We loaded the old flooring into the pickup for a trip to the dump. In a little follow up from the last post about m...

Keeping up with Tom, Tracy, Ivan, Anders and Maddie the dog! Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Christmas is a favorite time of the year, but passes by too fast. We enjoyed hosting my cousin's daughters Amanda and Lindsey during December, great kids! Also enjoyed lots of family time together during the Christmas/New Year Holiday, always nice to have Ivan home for a visit. While visiting Ivan we went to a Nashville Predators NHL game as well as doing a lot of sightseeing around town. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Clow Clan Blog: April 2015
http://clowclan.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Keeping up with Tom, Tracy, Ivan, Anders and Maddie the dog! Tuesday, April 7, 2015. Once the kitchen remodel was done we continued the engineered wood plank flooring through the dining room and up the stairs to the master bedroom landing. Last look at the old tan carpeting. Sorting and racking the planks. There were a few tricky cuts needed…. Measure twice, cut once is always good advice. The stairs up to the landing provided their own challenges. In the end everything fit together very nice!

Clow Clan Blog: December 2012
http://clowclan.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Keeping up with Tom, Tracy, Ivan, Anders and Maddie the dog! Sunday, December 16, 2012. Tracy celebrated another birthday right after the Thanksgiving Holiday. We had a nice dinner out with her parents, then came back to the house for dessert. I made the traditional checkerboard cake for Tracy's birthday, tasted great along with a little ice cream. This is a fresh food stand along the road, actually looks pretty good compared to most of the roadside markets. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Thanks to Tracy for the awesome chocolate cake.and for not trying to put 52 candles on it!
