After filing a somewhat painful return, $10 came unexpectedly in the mail today from the state. i'm confused what it is for - something about overpayment of disability insurance tax? In a continuance of nothing much going on in my unemployment. today, in a moment of post-workout moronicness. I left my 40oz kleen. On the top of the car as i drove around the parking lot, over a couple speed bumps, and out on to the main street going 45mph or so when i hear a slirrrrrrK. You've kept me real hydrated. Is already in the mail. In old news that i never blogged about, a sumo-esque dude at the gym thought i told him to fuck off, and so he confronted me. good times. Post From My iPhone.

Kilauea meets the ocean. I thought i would post a quicky clip of what it was like where the lava flowed in to the ocean in hawaii. also, where t broke her arm. Dont believe what you read. I was just at safeway and saw this. Weight loss is calories-in being less than calories-out and less to do with activity (although it modifies the amount of calories going out.) To loose 43 pounds (to increase calories going out 150,500 over the month) walking at a moderate 3.5mph, you would need to walk 1,393 miles in the month, taking almost 400 hours. Post From My iPhone. 10 bucks says that in the article about walking off 43lbs it mentions "combined with a healthy diet".
