So since I have been laid up with injury my main aim is to be able to return to running without pain or discomfort and maximum enjoyment. Seriously, no matter who you are or what you do, just sort it and do it properly. The last 4 weeks have been very productive on a number of levels;. I have been running injury free and loving it.
