Our tales in Asia! Saturday, November 04, 2006. November 2, 2006. First of all, our hotel (Sheraton) was a disappointment compared to all the other hotels we stayed in. Can't really complain since we only paid $45 for the room (on points), but if we had paid full rack rate, I would be really disappointed considering it's a Sheraton! So since we only had one day in. Bex tried to convince us to stay longer so we could shop with her, but no can do. Most of us had to go back to work, and needed at least a day or two to recover from the jetlag. Our tales in Asia! Monday, October 30, 2006. October 29, 2006 Hello Siem Reap, Cambodia! So our flight was delayed an hour, but it was nice and short. It was only about a 45 min flight, and Bangkok Air didn't disappoint by still serving us a meal on such a short leg! Our Tales in Europe! Tuesday, May 8, 2007. I spent the past few days looking through countless number of budget airlines and flights. I was going crazy going through all the permutations of flight times, costs, airlines, cities, etc. Got very confused trying to get the cheapest flights for the days that I needed them! Finally, I made an executive decision and had to settle for one night in Brussels instead of two. That should be enough time for some mussels, chocolate and beer! Barely anything over $100!
