SUP 101- 2 Hours. The ultimate starter course for new and beginner paddlers. Start with an informational dry-land instruction before entering the water. Topics covered will be proper stance, mounting, un-mounting, paddle-stroke, basic turns, safety, weather, water conditions awareness and more paddling tips. Bring your own board or use one of ours. Course will be held weekly or booked by appointment through West Coast Water Sports. SUP 102- 2 Hours. SUP Glacier View Tour- 1.5 Hours. SUP Yoga- 90 Min- $35.
