Monday, October 17, 2011. Essential Paleo Girls finish 1st and 2nd in Fran Jam. Katy Duggan and Amanda Martin from Westlake Crossfit. Successfully completed the Essential 21/30 Paleo Program and they both credit the program for their performance during Saturday's "Fran Jam". Amanda stated,"she could not have placed 2nd if it wasn't for her new dietary habits! Katy, having done the diet twice says,"she has never felt better or stronger! How do you get the oppurtunity to feel better? Other than some fat!

For everyone who cheated more than 2 days during the strict 21; you are not allowed dessert during the ensuing 9 days as consequence. We were trying to create new habits (the reason for 21 days.). Sweet Potatoes on WOD days only! Nitrate Free Deli meats! Nuts and Nut Butters: Same rules apply. Vinegar: (mostly in dressings or cooking recipes). Monday, October 24, 2011. Here is what I through together this afternoon. Vindaloo Chicken Curry with chopped zucchini, squash, orange and yellow bell peppers, red onion, and 1 can of coconut milk. This did not take long at all and is very tasty! There is also plenty for leftovers! The Vindaloo spice came from Savory Spice. They are super friendly and helpful. And the primal workout for the day is…. Every Minute on the Minute for 30 Minutes. 5 – Pull Ups. 10 – Push ups. 15 – Squats. If you can’t complete a round before the next minute starts then just do AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 30 minutes. Go tear yourself up. Post on insulin still coming!
