Supported by Ex Libris. 1 What is 23 Things? 23 Things is a discovery programme which gives you the chance each week, over 16 weeks, to explore a new Web 2.0 technology and to record your impressions and ideas in your own personal blog. Originally created in the US by the Charlotte and Mecklenburg County public library service, the programme has since been adopted and adapted by many more library services in the US and the UK.
