http://melvinwest.blogspot.com/2010/03/erma-wests-journal-post-10-phyllis-to.html
Monday, March 1, 2010. Erma West's Journal - Post 10 - Phyllis to California. I went to Marathon, Iowa one winter taking the children with me to visit the Newman family. Was there 2 weeks. I enjoyed her so much and the boys enjoyed Melvin and Phyllis. A few years later Agnes died. She had a heart attack right in the Doctors office and dropped dead. She just worked too hard. They were in the midst of moving – from one farm to another. That was in March. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

http://orinclawson.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Orin and Odessa Clawson. Monday, January 18, 2010. Joseph Clawson's and Celestia Durfee's Grave. Grave marker for Orin's parents. Sunday, January 3, 2010. I think it would be good to organize a reunion for the descendants of Orin Clawson. I would like to get input from family members on where and when, as well as who is willing to help. I don't have email addresses for many of our cousins, so please spread this around to family members. Please copy me on the email addresses. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

A Cog in the Machine: September 2009

Sunday, September 27, 2009. More school: Obama would curtail summer vacation. So President Obama has figured out something else that ails our nation. This time it is summer vacation. To be fair, Obama isn't the only one who thinks this way. Obama says American kids spend too little time in school, putting them at a disadvantage with other students around the globe." Do we always have to keep up with the Joneses. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Few More Cogs. It'll Feel Better When it Quits Hurting.

A Cog in the Machine: My New Toy
http://cogsandgears.blogspot.com/2010/04/my-new-toy.html
Saturday, April 3, 2010. I broke down and bought one of the toys I've wanted since I was a kid. I used to have to plow our garden area as a kid. It was about a third of an acre. We had a front tine tilled that work good. I used to wish we had a fancy Troy-Bilt tiller and I think my dad did also. Do you remember Evinrude the dragonfly from The Rescuers? Thats exact;y what your new toy sounds like. April 3, 2010 at 6:03 PM. We need some desperate help with our lawn. Do you hire out? April 5, 2010 at 6:57 AM.

Thursday, August 28, 2008. What if Mormons are right and Catholics and Protestants wrong? The Belfast Telegraph had a great article today. I just had to provide a link to it. For those of you who don't want to read the whole thing here is a snippet. Given Christian teaching, does it make more sense to baptize dead adults rather than live babies? What’s the difference, anyway, between baptising the dead and baptising babies? Saturday, August 16, 2008. Why can't more men send flowers? A Few More Cogs.
