Sponsors & Links. This is a beautiful venue. Last year we had our 2015 final here and some really lovely ghost carp were caught. As they are very prominent in this fishery we do allow these fish to count. Newbridge Lake is one of the Premier Lakes in the North of England. Nearly 7 acres in size and surrounded by 8 acres of picturesque woodland. It is stocked with approx. 1000 carp. 95% of these are double figure .Over 100 are over 20lb with at least 8 different 30lb carp. Lake records for the carp are:-.

Birch contains approximately 200 carp that will have been handpicked for either looks or potential for big growth. Regularly cleaned, flushing toilet and shower facilities. Fresh drinking water. Over the years we have seen Kingsbury develop from a doubles water into a twenties water and there are now fish present over 30lbs with a good head of smaller fish to keep the buzzers going. There are plenty of facilities on site. Including toilets, shops and cafe. Good stock of doubles and 20s. Islands, gravel, bays, weed, reeds, shallows.

Sponsors & Links. This is a large mature gravel pit of approx 29 acres. All pegs are made for the carp angler and each has their own rules. These can be found on the Burton Mutual web site. There is a good stock of Mirror and Commons, aprox 300. The biggest having been caught at 43lb 8oz. Barbed hooks only and use of leaders inc lead core is allowed.
