Sunday, August 07, 2005. My sister Mary gave birth Saturday to a healthy girl named Merilee (or some version of that spelling. The miracle of life is just that a miracle. We are not in charge and it is not up to us what happens. The reason I say that is my sister is 19 and is not fully capable of taking care of a baby on her own.
