These include refreshments, entertainment, and often comments about the upcoming concert directed by a conductor for each concert. Special Event: Saturday, September 24, 2016. Dinner at the Kemp Center for the Arts with specially themed tables. Coffee: Thursday, September 29, 2016, 10am. Concert: Saturday, October 1, 2016, 7:30pm. Conducted by Darryl One.

The League also financially sponsors the principal trumpeter in the orchestra. Other projects include providing food for the musicians during Friday night rehearsals and bringing refreshments to the Thursday coffees held prior to each symphony concert. For winds and percussion.
