Goats Cheese and Tomato Chilli Jam Bruchetta. Slice up the Bruchetta and rub with a clove of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil. Slice up the goats cheese and place on the bruchetta. Grill, until bubbling. Put some TCJ on each piece and pile high with Rocket! Prawn Cocktail with a tomato chilli jam twist! Mix some equal quantities of low fat creme fraiche and mayonaise. Add TCJ to your taste (we all have different chilliometers so I will leave this to you! Add your cooked peeled prawns. How easy was that!
