Thursday, May 22, 2008. Even though I've heard of Kindergarten Graduation this is the 1st one for my kids. I must say, I was a little emotional at first until I thought, "Duh! This is just the beginning of his school experience, not the last! So I thought I would share a couple of pictures. Sorry my camera doesn't do well with pictures far away. Sunday, September 13, 2009. Last week David had a tooth that had progressively gotten looser and looser. His bigger teeth have actually started to come in and started pushing on the little tooth. It pushed it into a very odd position and upon investigation, I decided that it needed to come out. I have no idea why this part of teeth brought so much joy to my mother and Granny! I hated having to pull out his tooth! I felt like someone kicked me in the stomach! Being a boy he said, "I look like a Pirate!

Saturday, December 20, 2008. I received this by email and thought it was worthy enough to post about. A woman, renewing her driver's license at the County Clerk 's office was asked by the woman recorder to state her occupation. She hesitated, uncertain how to classify herself. What I mean is," explained the recorder, "do you have a job or are you just a? Of course I have a job," snapped the woman. "I'm a Mom! We don't list 'Mom' as an occupation, 'housewife' covers it," said the recorder emphatically.

Tuesday, August 5, 2008. 6 days ago I left my house to go to Young Women's. I needed to do a little grocery shopping before I came home so it would be easier and faster without the kids! Tuesday, April 14, 2009. We waited for him to respond with some sort of response about Matthew, but no. He said, "My favorite brother is in mommy's belly." (No, I'm not pregnant. He just knows that's where babies are before they're born.) He then said that Matthew was his favorite brother too! Love the honesty of children. :). April 14, 2009 at 3:10 PM. Tuesday, April 22, 2008. Happy Birthday to my Hailey! Today my baby turned 2! Normally, I don't let my kids sleep in my bed. It bothers me and I don't get much sleep. Occasionally, I do let them fall asleep in my bed and then put them into their own bed before I climb in myself. Hailey has always been good about falling right to sleep when I put her in her bed, but since today is her birthday I let her fall asleep in my bed! This is the first time she has done this! Wednesday, September 16, 2009. For those of you who don't know, we have been living inMesa since June. David has started school and already has a new best friend to have fun with! Gordon and I decided that it would be worth the drive to take Matthew and Hailey to preschool with their Aunt Cynthia! So 2 days a week I make the commute to have my kids have the BEST preschool teacher ever! They absolutely love it! So we signed them up and had their first games this Sat! Doesn't she look so darn stinkin' cute?

Wednesday, March 26, 2008. Here are some pictures of my side of the family. This year we met at my Granny's and hunted real eggs! Then in the afternoon the "big kids" played mushball. Sorry, no pictures of that. Lots of fun though. David in the tire swing. Granny and Matthew enjoying Jell-O! These are all of the kids who participated. I know you're probably thinking, "That hammock is pretty low," but it lasted through this picture and 2 other big groups before the chain broke! Help for an egg too high!
