What Brings True Joy. Sunday, April 24, 2011. So for Easter, we were invited to a friends house for dinner. I was asked to bring rolls for everyone. So I figured we had 16 kids, two of with are babies, and 11 adults, and we needed something like 2-3 rolls a piece. So I made 6 dozen rolls! This is my favorite recipe and it comes from my sister-in-law, Ginger. They are soooooooo good and easy to make. Here is the recipe. 2 ½ Tbsp. What Brings True Joy. Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Let me tell you a little story about me and my amazing husband. Then about a year and a half ago, Blake got me the BEST wheat grinder in the hopes that I would finally make good on my promise. Well, nothing! So now I must pass on this amazing creation of whole-wheat "to die for bread" (let it be known that you have all been warned, once you try this there is no going back). Here is a shot of all the ingredients. 100% Whole Wheat Bread. 2 Tbsp Wheat Gluten.

I mean seriously, if I am not posting about what brings joy, then I must not be finding it, right? I suppose my biggest problem is I am finding so much joy that I don't have time to write about it. Our journey from 2 with a dog to a family of 5 (still with a dog, so 6). Thursday, February 19, 2015. A long time coming. So it's been over a year since I posted on the blog and I'm not even really going to attempt to catch you up on all the goings on. 3 year olds are very busy and so are their parents so I make no excuses, but thought it was time for an update. We have had a wonderful, challenging, busy and adventurous and long awaited 3rd trip around the sun. They sure are cute, but it sure isn't easy.

2 Plus 2 Equals Joy. Taking life one day at a time. Tuesday, February 10, 2015. 31 weeks down, hopefully only 8 more to go! I went crazy a couple weekends back nesting and such. I pulled out the baby swing, and had Lydia help me clean off all the dust. I'm glad she likes to help out and clean things. I also washed all the 0, 3 and 6 month clothing for Carter, we got a ton from family and all the white onsies that Lydia wore can totally be worn by a boy. I bought a huge tub at Costco, and I'm glad I did!
