Two weeks ago, the locals decided to take a drive to the Natal Lion Park, about 50kms from Durban, as this is the closest place to Durban where one can see lions. We were asked whether we would like to drive through the game reserve, or take the short-cut to the lion enclosure. We opted for the game drive, and were asked what vehicle we were in. Thumbs up from the locals. Recently one of our locals visited Hingham Nursery Tea Garden and gave it a really BIG Thumbs up! What a delicious combination of ingredients (I ate it as if I hadn’t seen food for a good 24 hours). The salad that accompanied the sandwich was in itself an artwork, with beautiful edible flowers on the top. Trully a magnificent, refreshing, and flavour packed delight.
