Just now. man. its been a long time since i last jogged. and i tink my fitness level has dropped quite alot. i used to jog 7 rounds w/o panting around the big field near my house. BUT now i couldnt even jog 1 round w/o stopping to catch a breath.lol must really train my fitness, must train till i get my old fitness. Monday, October 31, 2005. Juz came back from "Gunung Stong" expedition last fri. the trip was damm fun and meaningful.i like the waterfall there. and don 4get the stupid leech who bit me till it got so " FAT"!
