Monday, September 1, 2008. Fresh pasta by hand. Tonight, Alivia. Ben and I joined forces to make fresh pasta. We decided to make ravioli. The pasta itself is a very simple recipe, but as we are currently without a pasta machine, it was a lot of work to make. We used. 4 eggs 1 yolk. Alivia and I then made ravioli out of the rolled out pasta. We spooned a mixture of spinach, mushrooms and onions that I had cooked down earlier into strips of the pasta to form ravioli. Look at Alivia go! Fresh pasta by hand.

Nonetheless, I starting thinking about weather prediction. Weather is, by definition, not in equilibrium. If we assume any. Level of imprecision of measurements, then accurate weather predictions are mathematically impossible. So why do we have so much faith in weather predictions? That we cannot accurately model the system they are meant to model?
