8230;for the love of food and other heavenly things! March 4, 2013. In preparation for valentines day I tried baking red velvet cupcakes for the first time…and oh what a result! And the cream cheese frosting completed them. I will definitely bake these more often* yum! I love to cook! Have my own catering business where I cater for kids parties, tea parties or any parties! What Joy has been taking a new turn this year! Ive started studying Patisserie at Silwood Kitchens which is my dream school and it almost wasn’t a reality until I received a phone call saying a student had pulled out! That same day I went in to collect all uniforms, knives etc and started 2 days later! Alot of hard work mind you!
