What Laurie Loves: Cats, Quilts, Casablanca, and More

Wednesday, May 28, 2014. A week of vacation - Marrakesh and the Riad Ambre et Epices. The most beautiful place we stayed. This riad is down twisty empty alleys - we were sure we were being taken somewhere to be shot and never seen again. What a gem! The people who work here are, as usual, incredibly friendly. There's nice music playing in our courtyard in the mornings and afternoons, and we have breakfast on the roof terrace. Links to this post. The waiter told us when he arrived with our tea that the st...

Friday, January 7, 2011. 2011 - it will be a good year. Glad that 2010 is over; we lost our favorite boy, Gabe,. And we're slowly recovering from that loss with the help of Petey. Petey (a.k.a. Shaggy, Sweetie-Petey, Tinks, Tinkie, Milo, Leo, Stinky) is full of energy. We got him from the Longmont Humane Society. And he's about 6 months old and full of energy. This is a great year so far for snow up in Breckenridge. And, it's IBM. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Teacher's Brain Droppings.

A Teacher's Brain Droppings: November 2011

http://robhq.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html

A Teacher's Brain Droppings. Travelogue from a teaching journey. Friday, November 4, 2011. 04Nov11 - I've moved. Our school district set us up with Google accounts, but those accounts do not allow blogging. Since Blogger (aka Blogspot) is a Google product, when I'm logged into my school email account I cannot work with my blog.a pain in the neck. I've already shifted my classroom blogs to Wordpress and found I like Wordpress better anyway, so I'm moving my personal blog to Wordpress as well.

A Teacher's Brain Droppings. Travelogue from a teaching journey. Thursday, July 14, 2011. 14Jul11 - A new blog. To my loyal followers,. My original blog focused on my journey to becoming a teacher, but a couple years ago I became a teacher so those entries, while maybe at times entertaining, were old news. Since then I've been an irregular blogger making a few unfocused entries discussing nothing in particular. July 14, 2011 at 6:27 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). 14Jul11 - A new blog.

Wednesday, 31 December 2014. Things I've Learnt This Year. As another year comes to an end I've been in a very reflective mood lately so why not share my reflections here on WLS.
