And you should too. We are not all exactly alike. We have different tastes, styles, gifts and abilities. I am a morning person. I am at my best in the mornings. I am bright, efficient, effective, organized, energized and can accomplish more by noon than most do the whole day. But evenings? This is a poor example, but I hope you get the point. Many times leaders are lonely, scared, questioning their decisions, doubtful, worried, and at those times it is easy to pick on them, undermine them and attack them. I am NOT a carpenter/contractor on any degree. My wife’s dad is contractor extraordinaire! He is helping and guiding the project.
