Easy, creamy, and delicious. I always make a double batch so that I have a meal for my family too! Ritz Poppy Seed Chicken. Pre heat oven to 350. 2 cups cooked and diced/shredded chicken. 1 and 1/2 cups of sour cream ( use low fat). 1 can cream of chicken soup ( use low fat). Mix in a bowl and set aside.
