Side Salad - 1/2 packet of light balsamic - 0 P's. 1 light Sting cheese - 1 P. 1 serving of Chewy S'mores snack mix - 2 P's. Pretzel Chicken Cordon Bleu. 1 Small baked potato w/ FF Sour Cream - 3 P's. Corn - 2 P's. Total P's Used 27.5. Target = 27 P's. Distance - 2 miles. Calories - 400 including warm up and cool down. If only I would have skipped that brownie after dinner. :(. 2 slices of light bread w/2 tsp of Peanut butter - 3 P's. 3 slices of light bread french toast - 4 P's. 1/4 cup of sugar free syrup - 1p. 2 hard boiled eggs - 2 P's. 2 salads with 3 TBSP.
