Thursday, May 13, 2010. Tonight's dinner was your basic tilapia in a lemon-butter sauce. But I wanted to have biscuits with it. I poked about online for a replica of the only reason people go to Red Lobster - the Cheddar Bay biscuits. And all of them, to the last one, called for Bisquick mix. You're too lazy to mix together some flour, baking soda and baking powder? I've been using this biscuit recipe. For four years now. So I just took this basic recipe and modified it. The results? 1 tsp kosher salt.
