Monday, January 26, 2009. When you Fall Down. Get back up! So, I thought I had been doing really good. but. I kinda fell of the wagon this past week. I took a look at my calories and as I've been trying to keep my calorie intake around 1500, I knowticed that 4 out of 7 days I consumed over the 1500. and 3 of those days were over 2500. Monday, February 9, 2009. Ok, So I know its been I while since I last posted. Truth is, I was on vacation in California =) Went to see my new baby nephew. With that being said.I have returned to Ohio with a weight of 278, I believe I may have gained 2 lbs while I was away, as I was 276 when I left. I believe that to be an accomplishment with all the junk food I ate and lack of exercise. But now that the vacation is over, it is time to get back in the saddle and start over. My name is Melissa.

Monday, January 19, 2009. Well, I am happy to say that improvement is starting to show. Its been two weeks since I started my new fitness routine. But results are starting to show. Monday, February 23, 2009. So, there is one more week left in February, in order to meet my goal of losing 1 pound a week, I have to lose 1 more pound by next sunday. I'm pretty sure I can do it.
