June 21, 2012. There is always some kind of bullying happening whether its in school, malls, parks, buses, etc. First problem: PARENTS. Third problem: OLDER SIBLINGS AND THEIR FRIENDS. They teach them curse words, how to defend themselves , and how to dress ( like sluts and whores). Then they get used to it and are horrible people like we have today.
