Our menu includes pico de gallo, tortillas, tortilla soup, pork tamales in a red chile sauce and tres leche cupcakes. I learned three things. 1 — I cannot fold a corn husk to save my life. 2 — Whisking egg whites by hand is a better for your arms than bicep curls. Next week — Japanese!
