Friday, September 5, 2008. Something fun to try. Oh my goodness, these are fantastic. Thank You, Kaja! 2 cups grated zucchini. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 cup nuts (optional). Mix sugar, salt, cocoa, nuts, oil, and vanilla. Then add squash. Add flour and baking soda. Mix well. Grease and flour 8x8 baking dish. Bake about 20 minutes at 350F.
