Recipe from: Bake at 350. 1 box French Vanilla cake mix (I used a yellow cake mix). 1 cup canned pumpkin. 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 1 box cream cheese (8 oz). 3 cups pwd. sugar. Dark chocolate candy melts or almond bark. Place on cookie sheets lined with wax paper and freeze 1-2 hours. Heat frying pan and then layer as follow tortilla chicken cheese tortilla. Fry each side till crisp.
