What’s For Tea, Mum? A recipe that has been in my family for decades – luscious! 8 crushed graham crackers. 2 oz semi sweet chocolate. 2 cups powdered sugar. 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (very soft – almost melted). Crush graham crackers and sprinkle over the bottom of a 8×10″ pan (hold a bit back for topping). In a double boiler melt the chocolate and butter. When melted stir in the eggs (don’t turn them into scrambled)! Then add the powdered sugar and nuts. Lime Ginger Cupcakes with Lime Basil Frosting.
