Monday, June 29, 2009. The Boys/ Jaden 5 months old. Jason bought me a new camera for our anniversary and I love it. But since June was a crazy month, I haven't really had time to play with it until Friday. Nothing was on TV. Except Micheal Jackson, the house was clean, and both boys were in a great mood. So I played around with the different settings and ended up with a few great pictures. Apparently Jason's hair is a dominant trait. And yes it spikes naturally. He wanted to picture of just him. The summer has been full with a trip to Kansas City, Mo, Washington, DC, and Orange Beach. working out at the Y, teaching MAC classes at school, and just being at home. In His shadow I shine brighter. Saturday, April 11, 2009. This year Passover and Easter have fallen at the same time. Even though these are 2 different holidays. one came from the existence. Of the other. It was the Passover meal that Jesus shared with his disciples prior to the crucifixion. It was Easter that occurred. 3 days later when they could not keep Christ in the tomb. So. both holidays are vitally. May I remember tomorrow and every day after that . without HIM, I am nothing. What was I thinking?

Eastons in the East. Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Mike and I hosted our first Thanksgiving this year, and I have to say it went pretty well. With a little help from friends in the states and a little creativity we were able to have a traditional meal with all the fixings. We had to utilize all our space (ie all the desserts were kept in the bedroom), but we fit twenty one people in our tiny apartment for an all day party. Our tiny kitchen got a workout that day. Wednesday, November 24, 2010. So there I was.

Eastons in the East. Saturday, September 25, 2010. Mid-Autumn Festival = Holiday = No school, right? Well Sort of. The school gave us two days off for the Festival and then scheduled make up classes on Saturday and Sunday. Umm - yeah right, like the Easton's are gonna get up early on a Sunday morning and go to class. So far here, Chinese holidays have felt much like any other day, but this year I really enjoyed the festival. What is Mid-Autumn Festival? Oh Baby - 23 Weeks. Tuesday, September 21, 2010.
