What She's Having. July 4, 2015. July 6, 2015. I wish I had a Polish recipe to share today, but this Strawberry Rhubarb Cake will have to do. It’s adapted from an Anna Olson recipe. That’s one of my go to’s. The cake is moist and the tart strawberry rhubarb topping balances out the sweetness. Adapted from Anna Olson). 1 cup strawberries, cleaned, hulled and sliced. 1 cup rhubarb, chopped. 2-3 dashes Old Fashioned bitters (optional). 120 g unsalted butter, at room temperature. 250 g all purpose flour.
