The Bruner Bunch: Christmas Ready
http://krystinabruner.blogspot.com/2009/12/christmas-ready.html
Monday, December 7, 2009. I feel that I had a wonderful productive weekend. Saturday I was able to accomplish most of my Christmas shopping in 3 hours! And no, it was not all online! I think this is a world record. Never have I been done so early and actually had presents under my tree for more than a few days! I was also able to wrap all of our presents yesterday! I had to make a dollar store run for tape, and got the cutest present name tags! We also had pizza night last night! Now back to the study gr...

The Bruner Bunch: June 2010

Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Let the nursing begin. There are two words to describe my first few weeks of nursing classes.whirl-wind. The condensed version of my classes, though convenient, are CRAZY. Fortunately for me and my classmates today was the last day and all that stands in the way of us and freedom is two tests! One thing that has kept my sanity intact is World Cup! On that note, let's give it up to our soccer boys for their performance today and winning their group for the first time since 1930!

Wednesday, December 16, 2009. Monday, December 14, 2009. After watching the season finale of 'The Biggest Loser' I have had enough. If these people can run a marathon, I sure can. For several years now it has been a I wanted to accomplish. I'm finally stepping up and making it happen, in moderation. We've also been recruiting other Abilenians to join us! We will need all the support we can get. Especially around mile 10. Posters and bull horns are preferable. Monday, December 7, 2009. But I must say that...

The Bruner Bunch: August 2009
http://krystinabruner.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 14, 2009. A year of work comes to a close. Friday, August 7, 2009. Going back to school. For the past year and a half I've been debating going back to school to pursue a degree in nursing. Well, I'm finally putting money where my mouth is. School starts in three weeks and I'm going to start on my leveling classes for nursing. I'm really nervous about it all, but I'm determined! I've decided to go through the Patty Hanks program at ACU. http://krystinabruner.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Wow, has it really been this long since my last post? I was surprised to see my Merry Christmas banner still up. Well I guess it is definitely about time that I update on things going on in Abilene! School is well under way. Thank goodness Spring Break is around the corner! A well needed rest is exactly what I need. School has finally slowed down after two weeks of craziness and I can finally take a deep breath. Here are the things that have happened since my last post:.

The Bruner Bunch: May 2010

Wednesday, May 5, 2010. We have been doing this very interesting series at Church about hearing God's voice. Not so coincidentaly, we have also been doing a study on prayer with our life group. They both seem to fit together perfectly in the lessons that we are learning. I encourage everyone to do this prayer study with John Eldriedge. It is AMAZING! Jesus told us we would do more miraculous things than he did, so what's stopping us! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Texas, United States. Emma in our New House.

Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Our newest addition to the family. She is finally here! Saturday morning we went and picked up our new little bundle of joy, Penelope (Penny) Bruner. Jon and I were really nervous about meeting her for the first time, we hadn't really seen pictures of her since she was a tiny little 2 week old puppy. We went to the farmer's market in downtown Dallas to meet her breeder. (The farmer's market is amazing by the way! Favorite toy "the beaver". Friday, June 19, 2009. You know you are...

The Bruner Bunch: July 2009

Wednesday, July 22, 2009. Bring on the Harry Potter Mahem. I FINALLY got to watch the 5 th. Installment of the Harry Potter series last night. No, this is not the most recent movie that is out in theaters. I felt like I needed a refresher on where Harry's been over the past 5 years before getting into Movie number 6. I finally finished my marathon of Harry Potter movies last night YAY. Jon would be Harry, of course. I would go as Hermoine. And Penny would be Ron, she has the redest. Luckily, she wasn't f...
