Tuesday, September 18, 2012. I think I may have even liked it better than peanut butter. I also made an extra sweet, extra delicious fruit salad consisting of an apple, an orange, and a banana, all chopped finely and stirred together with a little cinnamon spice blend and a tiny bit (maybe a teaspoon) of brown sugar. This salad totally satisfied my sweet tooth! It is amazing what I can come up with now just from the ingredients already in my kitchen! Thursday, September 13, 2012. We Love Our Families!

Saturday, April 18, 2009. April 15th- 16 Months! On Tax Day, Kassidy became 16 months old! It has been four months since her first birthday and there have been so many changes in her these last four months! She walks around like she owns the house (okay she does). And she has grown so much in height and weight (Reminding me that I need to work out! Her hair has gotten so long that she needs a haircut, but I don't want to get her one! However, I miss that two-toothed smile! It is so cute! We love the Park!

Tuesday, December 18, 2012. I made it through a family gathering! The theme was taco salad, and I brought some crock-pot taco soup! I am so proud of myself. Now, I just need to make it through Christmas! Today, I had a student bring me a freezer bag full of homemade cookies. I hope that I can have Kassidy eat some, and maybe some will last until Christmas. I feel so bad wasting home-baked treats, but I really don't want to cheat after being gluten-free for over a week (Yea me! We Love Our Families!

Tuesday, December 11, 2012. I cannot believe that my sweet baby is 5 years old! This year's birthday was Minnie Mouse themed complete with pajamas, ice cream cake, and friends from church and school. Sunday, February 15, 2009. Sunny Day at the Park. Today was a nice sunny day and so we called up some friends and invited them to the park. Kassidy did not like the swings, or the bench, but she had a great time on the 'Pirate Ship' and she enjoyed watching her friend Connor. Here are some pictures from our adventure at the park. Sunday, March 22, 2009. I would now consider Kassidy a walker! She moves about the house pretty well and today she pretty much walked the whole foyer of our church! We are so proud of her! Actually at church this morning we put her in the "walking" class. This is the class between infant and two, and it was the first time I have ever been pulled out of church to come and get her! Monday, September 27, 2010. The joys of being 2 and 3/4. On Saturday we went to pick out the Halloween costume. Kassidy decided that she wanted to be a cowgirl. Sunday, May 31, 2009. Last weekend was Memorial Day weekend, and we had a blast as a family. It was good to have nice weather and a few days together.
