What's new with Owning Income property? Monday, September 3, 2012. Labour Day reflections - Tenants ARRESTED! With a brand new staff member, I can finally get back to posting regular articles! The last week of August proved to be quite challenging with tenants being arrested for drug trafficking in Alliston, foundation repairs, declining "desperate" prospective tenants and giving back their $1800 deposit and finally trying to get some "down time" with my husband at some point during the long weekend.
