Tuesday, January 31, 2012. It's the end of season of running for me. I have not run for two weeks and I have no plans to run for another two weeks. I'm cross-training, lifting weights at the gym, instead. I have to strengthen these leg muscles, Gotta rediscover these other muscles I've forgotten.
