Yesterday, I was commenting to a coworker about the last time I had a suntan, and I could not for the life of me remember when it was. Now that I am really picking my brain, I remember being tan when I worked at the summer camp for the fat rich kids, but that was in 2006. That seems far too long ago to be actually true. It is 2010! Somewhere around 19.5 million people voted in regional and municipal elections and on a referendum about something to do with returning money to workers who contributed to some national fund. That’s about all the detail I care to go into on that after trying to understand the official description. This term refers to Vladimiro Montesinos. Viva the election season!
