Behind the pack

DC sightseeing, day 1. November 21st, 2009. We didn't manage to get out until 11am. I'm still trying to get rested from working all week and hubby is having a terrible time with his sleep schedule. He'll sleep for an hour or two and then is up for four - back and forth. So we trudged back. The tour was nice. The workers who do their job in the observation rooms (we were in glassed-in walkways above them) would wave and smile. One of them held up a huge packet of money and acted like he would hand...Found...

November 15th, 2009. After two naps felt better. Got most of the list done. Packed hubby's bag myself because he can't seem to pull himself away from on-line comics. He DID do MOST of his list (garbage, cat waste etc). Just heard the dryer go off for the last load. It's almost 9am and we have to be up by 3am. Most go finish packing his stuff and then the nagging begins. :-). I shouldn't have to worry about the money this time since I now have a company credit card! Well, off to bed for me!

November 20th, 2009 - Behind the pack

http://whatthehay.livejournal.com/2009/11/20

November 20th, 2009. The building is at the end of the line of the subway. We are underground until outside of DC and then come above ground in MD. There are actually 3 large, 9-story buildings built in a semi-circle with a parking garage on one end. The middle of the circle has a nice park-like setting with pathways and benches. The smokers tend to hang out at one end. I'm glad that part of the trip is over. I did it and it's done. So long as the people do not care to ex. To put shackles upon sleeping m.

graduma-ated - Meanderings...

http://montanamary.livejournal.com/142776.html

A walk through the maze of my mind. May 15th, 2009 at 1:59 PM. The last two days have been a whirlwind. I received the outstanding graduate in Communication Disorders at our luncheon yesterday. Today I received the Graduate School Citation of Excellence. And of course, my degree will be arriving in the mail in a few weeks. I was blessed enough to have several friends and family come to help celebrate. The only downside (or blessing for some) was that I ended up with a nasty cold that quickly. I'm thinkin...

LiveJournal #X4,803,873,2A6. Aug 7th, 2012. I'm tired and I want to go to sleep, but when I lie down, my brain starts going at mach 8 again. While I might like to go into town tomorrow, it's clearly not going to happen unless everything works tomorrow, and for those who know me, the odds against that are really, amazingly high. I found a GM-less RPG called Fiasco, and it has random tables which are perfect for helping me to generate interesting train wrecks I can adapt for fiction. XTC - Sgt Rock. Then I...

LiveJournal #X4,803,873,2A6. Mar 1st, 2012 at 10:16 AM. I've been wandering dA and looking at photography. Worse, how does one pick apart the movie output to find exactly the frames one wanted? VLC would probably do it, I suppose, provided the output file is in a format that can be read properly. Of course, if I knew who to ask and how to contact them. wait! There's this thing called The Internet! Or someone reading this might know who to ask or how to go about this quest. Erika Janunger - Weightless.

What The Hays?

What's up with the Hays Family. Sunday, September 14, 2014. After breakfast, I packed my suitcase. We were heading out to a few more places before I had to be at the airport that afternoon. Our first stop was the Malahide Castle and Gardens, which was the castle about a half mile from Joe's home that Aurora and I sprinted around the day before. I got to see the castle this time. The windows (and the way they opened) were so cool, and the view out them to the gardens was spectacular. It was like a little ...
