The doc finished putting my braces at 3:30 today, and he said i couldn't drink anything for the next 2 hours. Even worse. I COULDN'T EAT FOR 6 HOURS! That's basically HELL for me! Add everything to crockpot. Cook on high for 8 hours. Add water during cooking if needed. 4 teaspoons canola oil.
