I spent January with the positive affirmation of “I LOVE January. I LOVE January.” Repeated over and over until it was April, nearly. No potato chips, not hard at this time of year but porch season will be the true test. No McDonald’s which is only an issue on long car trips to the cabin or Milwaukee, I shall be tested on that this week. A new beginning running program.
