It was fast, pretty inexpensive, healthy, and delicious! 5 dinner sized portions. 60 minutes total (30 minutes hand on). 2 tbsp. olive oil. 1 lb ground turkey. 1 large onion, diced. 4 stalks of celery, diced. 495 oz can chicken broth. 2 cups frozen corn. 1 (145 oz.) can cannellini beans (drained and rinsed). 1 (145 oz.) can kidney beans (drained and rinsed). 1 tsp chili powder.

If I made it again I would add in more (any) veggies though! 5 total (4 dinner sized portions and 1 lunch sized portions). 4 cups chicken broth. 1lb boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded. 65 oz package long grain and wild rice with seasoning packet. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1/2 tsp. pepper. 2 cups heavy cream. Add chicken broth and water to a large pot and bring to a boil.
