The Wheatsheaf has taken great care in furnishing the bedrooms in a comfortable and traditional style. We are pleased to offer one double bedded and one twin bedded room which are situated on the first floor and each have an en-suite shower. The Inn dates back to the 19th Century where it was the centre of village life; and it still is today! The accommodation comprises of three comfortably furnished double rooms and one children's bunk room (sleeps two). There is a lively atmosphere with real fires and a warm welcome awaits you! There is a varied menu with fresh fish, game and meat available throughout the year. The restaurant prides itself on freshly cooked meals using only locally produced vegetables and there is also a daily specials board.
