But mostly random thoughts . Wednesday, September 19, 2007. Hugging at Hug Point State Park, OR on our mini-moon trip down the oregon coast. Playing a hopscotch of sorts with myself making foot prints playing in the sand. It's been a really intense, brain draining week at work. i've certainly learned tons, most of it feeling like research and not directly applying to solving the problem at hand at the time . until 2 days later and i'm like "oh, i know how that works, i can do that! It totally cracks me up.

But mostly random thoughts . Wednesday, March 11, 2009. I entered and completed my first 5K on sunday afternoon. my very first running event as an adult! Running is hard. and for some reason, not nearly as satisfying as riding a bike. Yet, i still feel drawn to dabble in some different types of events this season as i rebuild my fitness. I was quite proud of my christmas motif. as it was hail/snowing on us at the start, it seemed rather fitting. Still a sprinter at heart:. I met all my goals for the race.

But mostly random thoughts . Wednesday, March 11, 2009. It was time to lose the hair . I have about 11 inches of ponytail to donate. my head feels so free and light! It's still long enough to get in a ponytail, which was my only real requirement. :). My little social experiment is to see how long it takes the guys i work with to notice that i'm minus a foot of hair. I'm still overwhelmed by how dark your hair really is. and i had no idea you had let it grow so long. It looks awesome.
