Living the simple life. Sunday, November 4, 2012. Made this chili today; it's a perfect Fall day in the mountains and chili was just what we needed. This recipe comes from one of Ryan's Texan aunts. It's very mild; throw in some of your favorite hot sauce to spice it up. 2 pounds cooked ground beef. 1 package chili seasoning. 2 cans petite diced tomatoes. 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles. 1 can pinto beans-rinsed and drained. 1 can chili beans in sauce. 1/2 white or yellow onion-chopped.
