Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce. We typically do not get overwhelmed by a raw ingredient but this one just blew our mind away! Special thanks to a great cook, colleague and a dear friend for giving "N" deadly red hot chillies known as Ghost peppers globally and Bhut Jolokia. This one is for the spirit of experimentation and to massage one's curiosity! The result was on expected lines. We got a really really hot, hot sauce but just a touch of it is enough to spice up a dish. The question is. Are you game to try?

So we cooked a vegetable version of that recipe using an ingredient we had rarely ever used before - Yams. The result was as hoped - melt in your mouth kebabs with very delicate flavours. Try it! 150 gms fresh coriander. 3/4th cup roasted chana. 1/2 tsp freshly crackled black pepper. 1/2 tsp white pepper. 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder. 1/4 tsp clove powder. 2 tbsp lemon juice. 2 tsp gram flour (optional). 2 tbsp bread crumbs (optional). 1 Peel yam and cut in cubes. Pressure cook yam till soft (2-3 whistles).

This was our thinking, as we wanted to prepare a very simple vegan starter with only a few ingredients, primarily honey and sriracha hot sauce.
