Some mornings I am so stiff that my body takes on a sort of L shape. This is not helping the insomnia. Not only am I lying awake thinking about an assortment of random unrelated things, I am also in a lot of pain. BUT, at least the steady two weeks of muscle relaxants has somewhat loosened everything up. What do I think about at night? OKAY BRAIN. SHUT UP NOW.
