I'm a bit sorry that I haven't been posting as regularly or frequently as I'd have liked but in the interests of not boring everyone silly, I haven't had a lot to say, really.but e. I think the scariest thing about mental health issues and especially depression is the likelihood of it coming back, of you relapsing, of sliding back down into the darkness. You are supposed to be free and yet you are scared, scared of it coming back, scared of the darkness, scared that this time you won’t survive it. I am terrified that this bad week is the start of something darker. I thought I was doing better. Gone are the Days.
