A little travel blog…. Travelling from Yangshou to Chengdu requires a 24-hour night train, which is an experience in itself that I’d recommend. Similar to the night bus this train has bunk beds (sets of 3) on the left in sections across a carriage with a walk way/dining area the other side. A little travel blog…. Yangshou was one of my favourite locations in China. Yangshou is pretty much all about farming or tourism but it means the food is fresh, the mountain and field scenery is beautiful and there’s plenty of fun activities to do for all ages. For a group of 18 – 35 year olds we were able to do so many activities in such a small amount of time and each one has been better than expected and extremely good value for money! A little travel blog…. One of the places I was most excited to visit in Vietnam was Halong Bay – which is on the north east coast of Vietnam. It has a cluster of 1069 islands and is apparently (according to our tour guide Tu) one of the 7 new wonders of the world.
