Wherever I lay my hat

Wherever I lay my hat. Words of Wonderment from my World Wide Wander! Tuesday, 24 June 2008. Entry 3: Hong Kong. Hong Kong. Wow! What can I say, Hong Kong was a crazy week, filled with ups and downs, fun, adventure, drunkeness, and a little bit of dissapointment (mainly due to dodgy guesthouses and bad weather closing a few attractions that I wanted to see). So for the 2 nights I could cope with staying there I blocked the doorway with a dressing table, a chair, my bag, and slept very lightly! Somewhere ...

Wherever I lay my hat. Words of Wonderment from my World Wide Wander! Monday, 23 June 2008. Entry 2: Germany, Munich. Greetings from Munich, Germany (well not really, I am actually in Kanchanaburi Thailand relaxing on the banks of the river Kwai, just a short walk away from the famous river Kwai bridge. But hey lets pretend I wrote this whilst in Munich). I set off for Munich on the 6th June and began my trip of the world with a heavy weekend of partying with my brother Paul! Anyhoo we saw loads of great...

I'm glad it's me and not you! The ramblings of a nomad. Saturday, 13 October 2007. Entry 7: Puno, Lake Titikaka, La Paz, Sucre, Uyuni, Salta, San Pedro de Atacama. I hope none of you have been waiting by your computer with eager anticipation for my next entry as it has taken me rather a while.but if you have, thanks, it's nice that someone cares. Right, what better place to start, than at the end. At th. As I have already mentioned, I also spent a little time at the salt flats in Uyuni when in Bolivia&#4...

I'm glad it's me and not you! The ramblings of a nomad. Wednesday, 26 March 2008. Entry 12: Sydney, Auckland, Hamilton, Raglan, Rotorua, Wellington, Napier, Christchuch, Queenstown. Well, following my tirade at the end of my last blog regarding the performance of the English cricket team they seem to have taken heed of my criticism and overturned the 1-0 deficit, to win the series with New Zealand 2-1. Perhaps they are readers of 'I'm glad it's me and not you! Spend the rest of the week in, and then head...

I'm glad it's me and not you! The ramblings of a nomad. Wednesday, 18 June 2008. Entry 14: Newcastle, Bulladelah, Sydney. Well I find myself in Sydney again after something of a change of plans. From Melbourne I headed to Newcastle in order to catch up with Dools before he headed off to Ghana. A rather heavy night followed, which resulted in me spending a little longer in Newcastle than I expected, sleeping off a hangover. Unt me yet again after a late night chicken burger at the back end of an evening t...

I'm glad it's me and not you! The ramblings of a nomad. Tuesday, 26 August 2008. Well, following more badgering (mainly from the same 3 people…you all know who you are) the time has come for another update on the life of me. Anyway, “What have you been doing with your free time Vinny/Ian? 8221; I can hear some of you ask….well, those of you who haven’t already given up and gone back to ‘Facebook’ or ‘Youtube’. Basically, since I arrived in Australia in mid December it has been hit by some of the worst rain in years (sound familiar to anyone who spent the English summer of 2007 re-arranging bbqs). Don't worry though, I haven't let it spoil my fun. 8217; I thought I’d use this opportunity to confess to somethin...

I'm glad it's me and not you! The ramblings of a nomad. Friday, 24 August 2007. Entry 3: Banos, River Napo, Otovalo. Today I am in a town called Banos in Equador. Again the scenery is pretty mind-blowing. I went for a run yesterday and it was slightly different to my normal trek down radbourne lane and markeaton. On our way to the Anaconda we also passed over the equator, so i got a photo, as you do. I see the Germans did us again on Wednesday. There are a lot of stray dogs in Ecuador. Links to this post.

I'm glad it's me and not you! The ramblings of a nomad. Tuesday, 23 December 2008. Entry 17: Sydney, Auckland, Dunedin, Greymouth, Christchurch, Wellington. Happy belated Christmas and New Year! Edin the temperature was 14 degrees, which nearly lead me to having a temperature related breakdown. Things only got worse from there though. After arriving late on a Sunday evening, it then proceeded to rain constantly on Monday and Tuesday. It rained most of the day on Wed. Before leaving Greymouth Giles and I ...

Wherever I can find a smile.

Wherever I can find a smile. More than any advertising award for my writing that I have ever received, a phone call from Ashok Salian out of the blue is what I will treasure to my last breath. Ashok, who was going through some of my two gazillion snaps on Facebook along with Satish Ambewadikar, another Contract CD, to cast a real woman rather than a model for a campaign, simply said,. There is a line inscribed in a fancy French salon in Bandra, Mumbai that reads,. Rayomand J. Patell.

Wherever I Lay My Chèche, That's My Home. Jul 6, 2009. The United States, Mr. Biden said in an interview broadcast on ABC’s “This Week,” “cannot dictate to another sovereign nation what they can and cannot do.”. Wherever I Lay My Hat

Wherever I Lay My Hat. Fredag den 25. september 2009. Louisianas nye udstilling The World is Yours er et besøg værd. Etiketter: Den er go. Det kræver dog lidt tålmod og en kø-bajer eller to.
